Renee RYLAND

Renee is an integral part of the Urban Lounge Interiors  team, bringing a calm, organised and easygoing approach to the operational side of the business. While she enjoys the coordination and behind-the-scenes processes that keep projects moving smoothly, her favourite part is installation day -  seeing months of planning and creativity come together and witnessing the excitement clients feel when their spaces are finally revealed.

What Renee loves most about working in interiors is the creativity that comes from collaboration. She enjoys seeing how different personalities and perspectives shape each project, with every team member bringing their own unique way of thinking and creating.

Her personal style leans toward calm, casual coastal living, although she admits Urban Lounge has encouraged her to become a little braver with colour and texture along the way. Inspired by the changing seasons, Renee is drawn to the way light, texture and atmosphere constantly shift throughout the year, always revealing something new.

Outside of work, Renee enjoys long walks exploring neighbourhoods and admiring renovated and newly built homes, usually followed by a visit to the beach to reset and unwind. With a naturally relaxed outlook on life, she believes in choosing your battles, not sweating the small stuff, and embracing the unexpected along the way.
