Urban Lounge Interiors was commissioned to deliver the commercial interior design for this central community hub, creating an environment that feels both sophisticated and deeply familiar. Inspired by the site's aviation history and surrounding coastal landscape, the design layers warm natural materials, soft textures and abundant natural light to establish a calm, residential atmosphere that encourages people to linger and connect.
Careful spatial planning allows the Clubhouse to adapt effortlessly throughout the day, supporting everything from intimate conversations and quiet reading through to fitness classes, social gatherings and larger community events. Flexible furniture layouts, thoughtfully selected lighting and carefully curated furniture packages create spaces that feel welcoming at every scale. Throughout the interiors, subtle references to the nearby airforce base—including bespoke glass artworks and aviation-inspired installations—add a unique sense of identity while celebrating the history of the location.
The result is a timeless commercial interior that supports community, comfort and wellbeing, demonstrating how considered interior design can create places that genuinely enhance everyday life.
